Some holidays are coming and you might be away on vacation or with family. Too often we take it as an excuse for skipping our workout, but there is still ways to stay in shape while being away from the gym for a couples of days.
Basic body-weights movements that doesn’t require equipment can be done. A 30 minutes session in the morning before starting your day of some Squats, Lunges, Push-up, Core exercises will help you to still feel fresh.
If it becomes too easy you can also increase the intensity and variety of movements with some resistance bands or tubes which will allow you to put more effort during your workout.
