One of the best part of TRX is portability, you can bring it and set it up anywhere. Busy day, meetings set up you TRX somewhere and get a full body workout. TRX will allows you to do all sorts of exercises using your own body weight. It will help you to build a strong core, improve your strength, balance, agility and power.

There is six basic positions with TRX that you need to know which will open the door for you to hundreds of exercises.


  • Face the anchor point
  • Face away from the anchor point
  • Face sideways to the anchor point

On the ground:

  • Lay face down
  • Lay face up
  • Lay on your side
