    The spacious for the functional training to adapt or develop exercises which allows individual to perform activities. This area we provide ground zero class and Small Group Training.

    The Spinning Studio accommodates you to join RPM or The Trip class. The class will be held for around 50 minutes and burn more than 500 calories.
