Facts about METAFIT

#1 Efficient – Super efficient METAFIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule. Whether you want to squeeze a workout during your lunch break or to get in shape for a fast approaching event. Research shows you can achieve more progress in a mere 15min of interval training (done 3 times a week) than the person jogging on the treadmill for an hour. What’s more it’s proven that you can complete an effective HIIT session in just 4min. All METAFIT classes tick these boxes and last between 16 – 24 minutes.

#2 Burn more fat – Yes you will burn calories during this type of workout, but the effect of all that intense exertion will kick your body’s repair cycle into hyper drive. Meaning that you will burn more fat in the 24hours after a METAFIT session than you would after, say a steady pace race.

#3 Healthier heart – Most people aren’t used to pushing into the anaerobic zone (that place where breathing is challenged and feel like your heart rate is elevated). This sort of extreme training will deliver extreme results, not only will you improve your strength and cardiovascular endurance but with appropriate rest will make the heart stronger through ventricular remodeling.
